“My first year has been amazing! It has flown by so fast. I am so grateful to Brittny for taking the time to make sure it was the right fit. Not only was she advocating for the organization, but she was also working to make sure it was right for me.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The short answer is no. Our clients are the nonprofits we recruit for. We work on their behalf to find the right candidate for a specific role, not with candidates to find the right job. But we do want to stay connected with strong candidates. The talent pipeline is the best way to do that.

  • We specialize in nonprofit leadership recruitment, so the candidates we work with are typically mid-career or above. If you have experience as a development director, executive director, or similar role, you're in the right place.

  • When you apply through a job board, your resume goes into a massive pool. When you're in our network, you have a recruiter who knows your background and can advocate for you directly with the hiring organization.

  • You don't have to be. Many of the professionals in our network aren’t but are still open to the right opportunity. The pipeline is a low-commitment way to stay connected.

  • At every stage. You'll always know where things stand, whether you're moving forward or not. We communicate directly and never leave candidates in the dark.
